Devine is thrilled to announce it’s newest arrival – the state-of-the-art Pelican Childcare centre at Central Park.
With seven centres open across Australia, Pelican Childcare has long earned a reputation for excellence in childcare. The Central Park centre is planned to open in July 2008, and will provide an integral service to the many young families in the estate.
With qualified, experienced staff and an onsite chef, the centre will deliver the highest standards in caring for the needs of individual children. The nursery room offers a quiet cot room away from the bigger kids, as well as a welcoming space for breastfeeding mothers. And vibrant artwork provides young toddlers with a rich and colourful environment to learn and play.
The focus on early learning continues into the three and four year old kindergarten program. Young children will have the opportunity to socialise and learn in a kinder room designed to enhance imagination and overall development. As the children progress, Pelican Childcare builds interest in literacy and maths and helps prepare for the transition to school. For children who are not yet ready, Pelican Childcare has a pre-school program perfect for those who choose to start a little later.
All Pelican Childcare services are registered with, and comply with, The Family Assistance Office, The Department of Children Services and The National Childcare Accreditation Council. The Central Park centre will have the capacity to care for up to 90 children between newborn and six years of age. Operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday throughout the year, it will close only for public holidays.
