Stage 12 with 52 lots is now available at the popular Devine Central Park community at Deer Park. Construction is progressing rapidly with bulk earth works and drainage nearing completion.

Registration of titles for this stage is expected in the new-year.

With strong demand continuing, stages 10 and 11 construction is being closely monitored to ensure efficient and timely delivery. Stage 10 includes extensive upfront infrastructure with a major outfall drain and sewer being constructed to benefit the entire Robinsons Road precinct.

The final stage in the Foleys Rd precinct Stage 7, containing 57 lots was snapped up by eager buyers earlier this year. With registration of titles pending in the latter half of September 08, excited land-owners are enthusiastically preparing their new home plans.

Civil design for Stage 13 has been programmed for the up-coming months. This stage will feature Devines' second major 1-hectare park. Detailed Master-Planning is underway, that will result in a park that will benefit the whole community.
