Location
The City of Brimbank is Melbourne's second largest municipality, and as such has every amenity already in place.

Just 20 minutes from the CBD, it is linked to broader Melbourne by the Western Ring Road, and by other highways and freeways to surrounding municipalities as well as Melbourne airport.
In September 2006 Vic Roads began work on the $331 million Deer Park Bypass, a 9.3 kilometre four-lane freeway between the Western Highway at Caroline Springs and the Western Ring Road at Sunshine West.
To be completed late 2009, it will reduce travel times significantly; improve safety by reducing large traffic volume and link Deer Park to greater Melbourne.
The area is also well served by rail and bus services with Deer Park Station only minutes from Central Park.
